Predictive maintenance is a strategy that allows us to anticipate potential equipment failures, enabling us to perform preventive maintenance before a breakdown occurs. This helps minimize equipment downtime and maximize its lifespan.

EasyMaint manages predictive maintenance through its advanced Meter Readings and Counters Module. This system keeps a historical record of equipment readings, with predefined alarm and emergency parameters for each. Thus, the system issues alerts when maintenance is needed before a failure occurs.

EasyMaint offers different types of measurements, including metered counters, count-based, and sensor readings. For example, counters record cumulative readings, such as odometers and similar devices. Count-based meters capture readings that can vary at intervals, while sensor readings encompass a variety of parameters such as temperature, pressure, volume, vibration, RPM, speed, among others.
